The concept of dynamic personality is that an individual is never static. Numerous parameters like the environment or the emotional state can influence results.
When filling this survey, take the time to choose the answer that best corresponds to your current school or professional context.
This personality profile aims to facilitate vocational guidance. Answers must be well thought out so as to be as close to who you are as possible.
The survey uses the Likert scale, a staple of social psychology and opinion polls. For each assertion, the goal is to determine to which degree it applies to you.
The Lickert scale features six gradations:
Totally False — False — Rather False — Rather True — True — Totally True
For instance, if «I anger easily», I'd choose Totally True but if it only happens from time to time and I manage to keep my cool most of the time, I'd choose Rather False.
